“We enjoyed our stay here. We arrived late and found the room clean and comfortable. The staff, specifically the cleaning staff, is top notch! We had just left our room and was loading up our vehicle when the cleaning Lady came to the parking lot to give us the earbuds my granddaughter had left in the bed! We were really impressed by her! The breakfast provided with the stay was sufficient.”

“The hotel was a good stopping point on our trip. It was just a short walk to downtown and pub-style dining. We enjoyed train spotting at night. Our room was nice with a balcony and view of the trains. This was a great stay in a hotel with a lot of history. ”

“The refrigerator in the room was not working and had food left in it from previous guests. There was hair on the bed, so the sheets were obviously not fresh. Notifed the staff, who offered us to change to a different room. The room we switched to also had food in the refrigerator, dirty sheets and large areas of paint peeling inside the bathroom. Since we still had keys to the previous room, I took the food over to the first room and left it in the refrigerator with the other garbage/food. ……

“The breakfast menu was okay. It was just basic foods that could be microwaved (eggs - likely boxed, bacon, yogurt, muffins, cereal, bagels, bread, and English muffins. They also had a pancake dispenser, which was unique. The room was decent, but we found a Trojan wrapper in the bathroom on the ceiling air vent. The hotel was a short drive to the Petrified Forest National Park. We drove in from Texas and the hotel was great for our overnight stay. ”

“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……

“Nice and clean facility. Conveniently located walking distance from a diner. The surrounding property is a bit sketchy and someone has a rooster. Needless to say, I didn't sleep in much. ”
