My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. “The Flat was very nice, but we did not feel safe in the neighborhood. We arrived around 2130 to find a group of less fortunate personnel hanging out around the property. Parking was gated, but very tight parking spots. If we would have know about the neighborhood we wouldn’t have rented this apartment. Again the flat itself was nice and clean, but we just didn’t feel comfortable so we ended up leaving and going to a hotel after 10 minutes there.”
