"nice staff, don't know about breakfast"

"I had a bit of a disappointing stay at the Crescent. The room wouldn’t cool down. They sent a technician who said it would be fixed but sadly after returning very late to a very warm room after a very long night of somewhat overindulgence the front desk only offer a change of rooms. Unfortunately the only thing moving at that point was the room in a slow spinning nature I decide to stay in the moist heat. And then morning came too soon and I was trapped by my own undoing in a rapidly warming luxury room. I made the most of it and considered it my own ‘personal Crescent sauna detox room for the chronically overserved.’ It seems to work wonders (with the quarter pounder with cheese and crispy Coke). Would I go back- definitely. Would I double check the a/c before heading out to test all the adult beverages- also definitely. "

"Spa and food were great. I wish there were more bar and food options for hotel guests. Too many non hotel guests made it difficult to enjoy the property in the evenings."

"The pool and area was clean but has a strong smell of propane. The staff at Starbucks cash register had no personality and was rude. The whiskey bar was a great spot to end the night. Our room was clean and beautiful!"

"Arrived a lot earlier than expected, but they were able to get me a room as soon as they could, which I really appreciated! Not only that, they went above and beyond by surprising me with rose petals in the room with a heartfelt birthday note, as well as some complimentary goodies! The room was amazing and impressive. Staff are welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re considering. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank You Sinclair!"
