“Overall I was very satisfied and thought it was a great little studio for a working professional. My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. Given it's a small space, would've been nice to have a mini ironing board and iron.Would easily stay here again and……

Super clean apt, in the proximity to all the TCU events (for what we signed up for), 5 mins drive Neighborhood Walmart to cater your cooking needs (or 10 mins to Supercenter), super fast internet, greet communication with the host. They even provided few additional items that we asked on our second day. I think the price is on the little high end and can be adjusted based on the number of days of stay. “I booked this VRBO 2 months in advance. 2 hours into my 4 hour drive, I decided to call the host to make sure the reservation was still good. I became a little nervous because I never received anymore information besides a confirmation number. The host told me he had no knowledge of the reservation, that this location had been booked already, and he wouldn’t be able to provide me with a refund.
