“Everything was great. Issues were we stayed for a while and didn’t get new towels, how to request TP if it was needed and how to get more garbage bags. People could see us showering from the steps up to the other room. Heard a few comments and laughter during shower time which made me aware we can be seen and confirmed you can still see. Also quiet time does not matter. Lot of screaming past 10pm. Almost to midnight of screaming from the pool. ”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Very comfortable stay. Great staff. Thin walls and some times of high noise but not a huge deal for us. Location was great for using the old San Juan pier. ”

“Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.”

“Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

“My second time staying at this comfortable, spotless hotel with a very safe parking. The location is great close to many places to visit and eat. The staff have been very helpful and friendly, will stay there again and really recommend it. Thank you very much 🙌🙏”

“Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! ”

“This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet.”
