“First I’d like to say there is effort at this property. Meaning it is being renovated. All new furniture, paint, carpet. Things I found that need to be addressed. First the tv in our room did not work. Called front desk and couldn’t figure it out. 2nd we asked about where the pool is, to find the pool green, dirty and not suitable for anyone to swim in it. Further more, our ac unit in the room barely worked, the microwave blew when we used it. The shower head is old and rusty needs to be……

“Stayed in a kind room with a jacuzzi tub (handicapped room) it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good with a wide selection of hot foods. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had plenty of room, and the room was very clean. Perfect hotel for our weekend away.”

“Clean room. Though the timer to turn on the jetted tub was being supplemented by a pair of pliers as the replacement part was on order. The exercise equipment (elliptical and bike) were rusted and nearly non functional but the free weights had a good selection and were in good condition. Attempted to use the pool once during the four day, three night stay. It was dead bolted locked during hours of operation with no signage as to why. Breakfast was hot. “We were planning on an extended stay from June all the way to February. First room didn't have microwave and 2nd room the a/c wasn't strong enough to cool the room properly. We decided we didn't want to be Karen's so we just dealt with it and were gonna go purchase fans. 3 night there we noticed that no rags were replaced by cleaning staff. So we requested some rags. Person at the desk said we could get rags when we turned the other ones in. We tried to explain that there were no rags to turn……

“Our room was so humid. It was actually less humid outside in Texas in June than in our room. Our room had ants. Our keys didn’t work, and when we approached the front desk, the man accused us of putting our cards too close to our keys and lectured us before rekeying the cards. One of which never worked for our entire one week stay. Then the cleaning staff would come in your room early each morning and remove all the towels BUT NOT GIVE YOU CLEAN TOWELS OR ANY TOWELS until later in the……
