I took my family up here for Easter so I can hide eggs throughout the forest. It turned out to be the perfect location for it. Highly recommend this cabin for any occasion. Enjoy!"

"It was a rough start at first. We were very pleasantly surprised by the grace we were extended by the well mannered staff at the Apple Tree Inn. After going over our reservation with the owners of the inn, it was proven that Expedia had misrepresented the accommodations, both size and occupant capacity. As we had more than just ourselves staying, it was a welcome relief when we were given two separate rooms instead of the misappropriated single queen bed unit at no extra charge. The Apple Tree Inn is very clean, very comfortable, very accommodating. Highly recommend!!"

"We had such a relaxing getaway in Julian at the Pheasant Hill Cabin; clean, cozy, and full of charm with nice modern touches. Our two golden retriever service dogs loved the backyard, and we truly appreciated how welcoming it was for them. Larry was responsive and kind, and we’re already wishing we stayed longer. "We needed a nice place to gather for 3 hikes we (4 friends) had planned over 3 days in the San Diego area. This was the perfect place. The four bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The place was so quiet and the setting in the woods was great. The outside deck and ground are large with lots of seating areas. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious enough for the four of us to gather without bumping into each other. The washer and dryer were especially appreciated after our hikes. The host was very responsive to any e-mails. We would definitely stay again."
