We were stranded 2 hours away from home. All hotels in the area were booked because of Fathers Day weekend. Yes, I did get a full refund. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Moldy coffee in the coffee maker, dirty linens in laundry bins in bedrooms, fridge was funky with leftover food, house smelled like wet dog, generally didn't feel clean, yet we paid more than 325 cleaning fee. The ancillary sleeping area/game room was very disheveled and also not clean. ”
