“What an incredible place! We booked this rental for a group of 7, which included two families coming together to enjoy a long weekend. We had 3 kids and 4 adults and enjoyed the rental's proximity to Carowinds and downtown Charlotte for a show one night. The home was spotless and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and the parents enjoyed that there was very little that we had to do prior to leaving. ……

“The size of the place ”

“Beautifully remodeled older building. The bathroom was especially lovely. Kitchen was small but usuable (we didn't cook). Wonderful dining space and TV area. The neighborhood is a little noisy...probobly only noticable to us as we like to sleep with windows open. We will stay again.”

“Enjoyed this property. Very well appointed with everything you could need. Excellent location…walk to grocery, restaurants and Dunkin. Very clean as well..like new. Only improvement would be more comfortable couch and chair for those of us staying awhile that like to lounge in front of the TV!”

“We had a quick visit. Shower, laundry and sleep.We had a little problem finding the apartment (our fault) but the host responded right away and was very helpful. The rooms were clean and everything was as described.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was comfortable, everything working as expected, well stocked with supplies (paper towel, laundry/dishwashing pods) and parking was easy. Check in check out was easy. Area is great, there is a Harris Teeter and 2 good restaurants (Crafty Burger and Cool Fish) a short walk away. We also walked out to a store that rented E-bikes and took a scenic ride through the town of Davidson and the greenway. ”

“This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. Tiki bar full of junk that was damp, moldy and full of cobwebs. The pathway lights down to the dock are ripped out and……

“This is a great place for someone passing through for one night. Our stay was four nights and our stay had it’s ups and downs. The place was clean (save the hot plate, which we didn’t use), and the communication with the owners was good. However, the place is connected to the main house, and I feel like that information is hidden at the end of amenities. Additionally, the shower is very small and I’m a petite woman. My biggest issues is that floors are thinner than a hotel room and you can hear……
