Bad sheets and duvet. Polyester sheets are a deal breaker for any future stays. Checking was easy, parking was easy and was thankful that it was included. I did not have breakfast.

The walls are painfully thin. I listened to my neighbor and whomever he was talking to on the phone for a long time. Room was clean but bathroom is so small I can’t sit on the toilet and open or close the door because my knees are in the way. The tv was not a smart tv so not much to look at. WiFi works well though.

The room was fine. The bed was comfy, the water was hot. There was nothing around it, but there’s not a lot to be done about that. The elevator was a little janky, but fine.

Room and facility attractive, in good shape. The guy at the front desk spoke with an accent and way too fast. I had trouble understanding him. When I called earlier, to tell them that we might not check in until 8-9 pm, he answered the phone “Hello?” No identification. He said, “That will be fine,” and then hung up.

Great location for concerts in the park walking distance, but definitely not worth 360$ a night. Price may be lower on non concert nights. One vending machine make sure you bring 1$ and quarter's. Very small 2 person elevator. The room was clean, the air conditioner was noisy. The check in was easy and friendly.

Good Value and Comfortable Room

The hotel front desk staff member was very kind and helpful, checking in was a breeze! The hotel is strategically located for business and visiting attractions. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was standard fair and was good. Overall, I would stay here again.

The value and staff were great. Our room was pretty clean but missing soap. They apparently ran out. The warm breakfast left a lot to be desired, among the worst I’ve had in hotels. However, pastry, cereals and fruit was available. I would return for the value.

The Comfort Inn is a good location, about 10 minutes drive to Westport and The Plaza. It’s also close to Power & Light. For the area, the price was reasonable. It’s clean and the front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The place has been remodeled and the rooms are comfortable.
