“Very good hotel near Ueno park and station, the room is unexpectedly large and the staffs are very helpful. The only complaint I had was the oily odor (like the smell produced by frying foods) in the room, it was subtle but confirmed by the air recycler in the room which sometimes showed orange light (which indicates poor air quality). I wondered if the odor came from many restaurants and grill bars near the hotel. If this was solved, Toki would definitely be the hotel worth revisiting in Tokyo.”

“Not your traditional hotel, but this is a quality stay! It is not a suite, it’s a small apartment. They left laundry detergent, earplugs etc. It is self check in but they use that person at the desk savings to provide quality. It’s also at an amazing location. Walking distance to everything! ”

“Noted check in time is 15:00, however we arrived earlier around 13:00. Male staff at counter was not friendly even with a bit rude attitude turned us down for early check in stated that extra payment needed for 2hours then ask us to go. Luckily the lady working at next counter assisted us for luggage storage so that we could have a nice rest at lobby before we got the room”

“Good location. Free shuttle bus is a bonus. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Breakfast is really good. I highly recommend this hotel to you all. ”
