The hotel is in a nice location, but the area is quite noisy. Additionally, the staff didn't offer any assistance with our luggage, and the Wi-Fi was consistently terrible. They don’t read Expedia communications, as they didn’t follow my instructions.

A very convenient hotel super close to (walkable - barely 10 mins) but nicely away from the Old Town. Lovely room - spotlessly clean - and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and we were able to park our car in the underground car park. That was such a help. Breakfast was good.

We had an amazing experience with this hotel! The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was over the top helpful. We arrived to a refreshing drink, an icy cold washcloth, and a comfortable place to rest. It was so nice after a long travel day. The hospitality continued for our entire stay. They even sent us away with a breakfast box since we needed to leave very early. We will be back!
