We had a spectacular time at Akrotiri Hotel. The hospitality was above and beyond. Breakfast included every morning and high quality. Lena and her husband were incredibly welcoming. The room was very clean and well maintained. The tile in the bathroom was beautiful and the shower itself was wonderful. Now for the view. We were told we would have a panoramic view and we couldn’t have had anything more beautiful to wake up to. The terrazzo was also well maintained and enjoyable to sit on in the mornings. We had a drying rack for clothing which was helpful. The bus is very close to the hotel and was convenient to get on and off of. Lena’s husband offered to drive us to town a few times which was extremely generous. Again, above and beyond hospitality. When they say arrive as a guest, leave as a friend, they mean it. When I have the chance to return, we will absolutely be staying at Hotel Akrotiri.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will consider back again and create beautiful memories at Ventali.

The room was very clean & private and the pool and views were great.

Stay elsewhere. I'm pretty shocked this hotel has such high rating. This place needs a serious updating and a deep clean. The only good thing this hotel offers, is the staff members. The lady at breakfast and Elena at front desk, were exceptional. Some other ones, weren't too helpful. The day of arrival, we went up to the pool restaurant for dinner. They got my wife's order wrong. We mentioned it to the bell boy. He mentioned it to the waitress. She never came to ask us if we wanted to change it or even acknowledge her error. She never approached our table for the rest of the night. The food and option isn't the greatest. Our room had serious ant problem. We mentioned it to front desk a couple of times. They would say they would spray. Never fixed the issue. I was scared to sit my daughters on the toilet since the ants would always crawl on the seat, and would go up the towels. You would see them everywhere. We had to make sure we kept our luggages zipped up and kept them standing. The rooms and furniture are pretty outdated. The rooms look like a cheap motel. In the pool, they are missing mosiac tiles. I cut myself playing around with my daughters. There isn't enough day beds. I found some that were broken. The beach is across a very busy road. It is a public beach. It isn't theres nor do they have any sort of setup for hotel guests. I feel management's mentality is, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Hope they actually invest some money to update it.
