7.8/10 不错！ (21 条点评)
DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo.
On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable.
Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable.
I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances.
What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

"The interior was beautiful, the hot tub was fantastic. Ideal spot location wise and the bed was so comfy! Only thing is I wish the outhouse was a bit cleaner. There was a giant spider and its web in the toilet so that was a bit freaky!"

"The hotel was okay, and under-going renovations while I stayed so it may get better. But, overall, the hotel was dated and expensive for what you get. Staff wasn't rude, but not warm or overly helpful either - which is fine with me, but also doesn't earn any marks that would balance out the other ..."

"O hotel tem uma excelente localização, perto do centro com lojas e restaurantes. É um hotel mais antigo e algumas coisas não estão bem conservadas, por exemplo não tem uma Smart TV no quarto. Não há elevador, é preciso subir e descer malas pelas escadas. Outro inconveniente é que não há funcionários ..."
