"Breakfast was lacking my needs. There was no protein. Coffee was ok but needed half and half. There were only the coffee mate flavored items available. Room was clean and was good. Nice and quiet. Staff very good and efficient. Overall good stay except breakfast."

"Staff was very nice at check-in. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken so we had to haul our bags & bikes to the second floor. Room was very small, but adequate. (Water pressure in shower was strong and the shower head did not adjust, so it pelted you) Lobby and grand staircase were beautiful, and there was plenty of convenient parking. (Pool was not open yet, just a tad bit too cold yet) Overall, a nice place to stay for a night or two. *Note: Property is approximately 40 minutes from Old Rag trailhead."

"While I was very happy with the hotel I was extremely disappointed that I accidentally left my jewelry box in the room, I called the front desk and was told the cleaning people did not find it…I filled out a list report however they don’t offer any compensation.. very sad at the people they hire would steal, definitely not what I would expect from a Hyatt "
