“Parking was limited we were lucky as there was hardly anyone else staying- this is a B&B Not a hotel and is a bit down at heel hasn’t had any investment for a while - but nice family/staff good breakfast - overpriced I’m afraid”

“Management didn't think about the impact of the hot weather as the room was so hot and they supplied a tiny fan that did nothing to cool the room. Lots of spots in the hotel needs updating or repairing. Both the staff and the leisure amenities were great.”

“Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. “Rooms attached to a pub. The pubs very nice with really good food options. The staff were first rate and the room was surprisingly quiet. We stayed for three nights going to the races at Redcar and the sea side.”

“I have a 3-5 on service. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and professional. However, the housekeeping was not good. I was only there for 2 days. On the first day, my room was not cleaned, despite housekeeping being right outside the room when I left for the day. On the second day, the room was cleaned but the amenities (tea, coffee, etc.) were not replenished. Clearly no quality checks by the housekeeping management.”
