"The property had run out of breakfast items. Very important coffee, cereal, and yogurt for breakfast. It was supposed to be breakfast included and coffee was not available because the machine was broken. They ran our by 6:30 and breakfast is until 10am. No solutions or vouchers for guest to get much needed coffee. I really needed the cup of Joe I had a long drive ahead and ended up spending extra for coffee and breakfast before leaving San Antonio 😲. How does management not factor spring break guest?"

"We were here during spring break and they were very busy. The gentleman was nice at the front desk, but seemed very stressed. We only had two towels in our room for three people when we asked for another. He pointed out the fact that he was giving us the last one. We asked for pool towels and he said they were completely out. Not his fault in the morning we just grabbed three so we would have them that afternoon. The pool area is beautiful and a great place to relax after walking around town all day.. the location is perfect! It’s walkable to everything in Fredericksburg."
