"Check in was blazing fast to where we walked away not knowing how to connect to the Internet, the pool hours, room service info, store hours. Charging to park was unnecessary, especially when staying in a suite. Overall a solid stay, but for sure not worth the price. You have to drive to do anything."

"Dinner was EXCELLENT! Room was clean, but a slight order. Check in/out was easy and staff were very professional and friendly. Smiling goes a long way. I did not like the extra cost for daily parking - had not figured that into my budget. Overall, I would stay again and recommend to others."

"Our stay was wonderful. The room was beautiful and well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I mostly spoke with the young man on afternoon/evening shift. He was very friendly and helpful. The only very minor complaints I have is that the bathroom light was motion activated and no instructions on how to change the setting, so we were blinded in the middle of the night; the drain in shower was very slow so I lifted the metal plate and it was pretty disgusting underneath. The drain was partially clogged with hair and who knows what else. I would suggest the housekeeper clean that more frequently, also the TV had no instructions and I could not figure out how to turn off the auto channel announcement. Truly these were minor, but things to mention. It was a lovely room with great views. One of the mornings we got to watch more than one pod of dolphins in the marina. The noise level was a little loud, but not so much that it was unbearable, considering the location. I will stay again and will request the same room!"

"Front desk clerk "Justin" was a sweetheart and very helpful, also "Angel" was very nice, and helpful, and went out of his way to help us. The housekeeper's didn't appear to speak English...and couldn't tell us where a working ice machine was. The pool had a over whelming smell of bleach and covered with weird bubbles...did not go into the pool at all. Beds were extremely comfy. The front lobby is very pretty. We would stay there again."
