“The owner did not provide enough of the necessary items for a condo. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for the amount of days booked. Washer and dryer did not worker properly. I sent request to fix but never showed up. Owner was very rude. We as always have left the property on time and cleaned the entire unit. I would never book here again my worst experience out of the 3 times I have been in Orlando. I think there are way better options and more affordable around Orlando.”

“Communication was great with the host! The property and included club house access was perfect for my family! We loved how spacious the home was and how we could easily walk to the club house. Everyone who worked at the gated community was friendly & we had a great time. We have to say that there were only 2 minor gripes about our stay: 1. The master bed and the other single-bed mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. It made for some pretty restless nights. The kid's beds seemed to be……

“Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees. Multiple calls to get resolution but nothing. Then pool guy came the next day and skimmed it but had to add chlorine and said we couldn't use it now for 2 hours. wasn't able to enjoy pool at all due to temp, BBQ was broken,……

“Rooms were clean but blankets had stains on them. Almost looked like dried blood or something dark of the nature. Shower was not clean, black mold was present in a couple spots, shower head did not appear to be clean either. Pool and slides and lazy river were nice. Parking was decent. Easy to locate. Easy to enter premises. Couches were small and uncomfortable. But we made the best of it. ”

“We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror”

“I liked that the children loved it which was most important. The water park made it the best location for fun on the spot. They loved the Disney theme bedroom. I rather only speak the positives which aimed towards the fact that the kids were happy.”

“Check in was very easy and the host would answer messages sent in a reasonable amount of time however the bathrooms were not cleaned very well at all and they provided very minimal towels, pillows and sheets. The gate security was also hassle at times but it may just be that at this time they were in the process of switching to a new system. The internet did not work for most of our stay which was a bit disappointing because we could not use any of the TVs without it.”
