The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT. The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet. I chose a family room, that can accommodate 5 people. The price is very cost-effective and the stay experience is good! It is worth recommending this hotel.”

“Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. The property is located directly behind a very loud restaurant/bar, making it quite noisy, and the surrounding area wasn’t particularly appealing. Considering the price, it was disappointing overall.
