Located in the heart of Knoxville, two bedroom, 1 bathroom home freshly furnished in October 2023. Half of a duplex with private entrance and driveway. Large front and back yard, NOT FENCED.
Bike route directly downtown!
Very convenient, yet less congested area of Knoxville with access to old city, downtown and the university.
Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, and other great attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are less than an hour away.
