“Beautiful ocean room and very quiet. Loved the location on the beach and the lazy beach river pool. We also loved that the hotel was walking distance from Whaler’s Village. The food at the poolside restaurant was very good also as were the drinks! All the staff were so friendly and helpful except for the check in guy (around 10:30pm) at night who was not very welcoming and didn’t even smile at us once! “The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids.
