“Great boutique hotel and great service. We were provided with an upgrade. The fron desk staff/host was wonderful. Unfirtinatley, i fprgot his name. He was very attentive and pleasant. They are lucky to have him. ”

“This hotel is in a fantastic location in Brighton. Excellent customer service as soon as you arrive, staff always helpful and polite. We upgraded to the deluxe room which was very spacious and clean. The bistro was delicious and Mohammed was attentive throughout the service. The bar staff were always polite. There are no lifts in the hotel.”

“Excellent and cooked to order breakfast with many options. Cocktail bar has some very interesting choices too. We stayed in the David Bowie shrine suite which is fabulous and fun for any fan but the bed is very “Low” so bear that in mind if you have an issue with knees or back. Decor - loved the blind and shower curtain in particular. This booking was a surprise from my husband and I couldn’t have been more delighted.”

“Location great. Easy access. Not worth the money they ask. Smell of urine in stairwell. No hot water for shower in morning. Shower head coming off wall. Thick dust on bathroom towel rail. Stained carpet. Has potential, but clearly not checked for consistent level of quality. Disappointed ”

“Sink and shower plumbing didn’t drain. Noise from outside loud from a pub/bar/hotel think Patterns. Bed good and location is top.”
