"Clean, helpful staff, free breakfast and coffee. It's conveniently located a block from the beach and within walking distance to many other places. The only problems are the super slow elevators and tiny pool."

"This hotel was clean and updated. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. Best of all was the location just across the street from Waikiki Beach. We appreciated that the Kuhio Restaurant was open early so we could eat before our tours without being rushed. The food was great and the service exceptional. We also enjoyed relaxing at the adult pool and bar. The luau was a lot of fun with an excellent buffet!"
