“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“This is a great spot if you like a thoughful, fun space. My experience was fantastic. Everyone is so friendly it almost feels like staying with a friend. The location is great for seeing the island (rent a car). The space itself was very groovy and had an awesome island vibe. The outdoor kitchen and hang out space really make you feel like you are in the space.”

“The Mill is co-located with the Courtyard by Marriott (which was a little confusing when we were trying to find the property, because there were no signs for The Mill). With a little bit of research, we found out that they were the same place. Once we got checked in and established, everything was great… we got all of the same benefits as the Courtyard Marriott customers for about 2/3 of the price. “The hotel was simply excellent. The facilities, the service, the rooms, the staff were lovely. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area and on a very popular beach. Everything was really convenient. The only thing I missed was that the hotel doesn't have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel isn't really far from the airport, so it's a shame we had to take a taxi that cost us a lot of money. I think for the amount of money we pay for the hotel, it makes sense to have transfers.”
