"We stayed at Waikoloa Village to participate in an Ironman. The quiet atmosphere was appreciated. However, the welcome book had only the bylaws of the condo association, no details of the pool location or access, no WIFI code. We reported the lack of WIFI and were told to look again! Finally once I was angry the agent relented to give us the code in a text. As for the pool facilities we did not bother calling. On day three we saw an employee who helped us out."

"The Wai-ula-ula condos are an excellent choice on the Big Island. Everything was fine except the twin beds in the third bedrooom are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced and the dryer needed to be unplugged and plugged a few times to get it to work. Other than that, everything else was very good."

"Condo was perfect for us. Very clean and nice new reno. We were travelling with another couple who stayed in the same complex and the only thing that would have made it better was space to dine together in the evening or hang out. In saying that though, there is a barbecue area at the pool that would have accommodated us all. Just two people travelling, it’s perfect. Host was responsive to questions. Would stay again. Mahalo"
