“This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn.”

“The house was great. Beds were super comfortable bed in a box type. No weird annoying things and stuff. One negative and its a big one. I didnt deduct a star because its not a house issue. The parking is horribe. No street parking and there is a shared driveway with another unit. This is a problem when you need to come and go. If they other property is occupied try to work it out. If you have a lof guests coming for a meet up like we did with 3 cars figure something out ahead of time. 5……

“The property is clean and cozy, and is an easy walk to Barton Springs and Zilker Park. The host is amazing and proactively provides information about the check-in and check-out process as well as things to do in the area. The location is quiet, beautiful and well-shaded by many large trees in the area.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. We were able to cook an easy Christmas dinner in the kitchen. The beds were comfy. Our only real complaint were that the stairs were a bear and the couch was difficult to get out of. Laurel was very responsive.”
