"Nice job on the recent upgrade to the facility offered plenty of pool and beach chairs, decent food for an A/I but my steak at their specialty restaurant was like chewing shoe leather, good gym and wonderful beach. Seemed about 15-20% of patrons were families. Large property with lots of walking. Overall the nearby RIU Vallarta at the same price is a nicer resort. And if you can spend more and want an adult only option the nearby RIU Palace Pacifico has better food and better service."

"This hotel is beautiful and the New Year's Eve party was fun. We probably would not choose an All-Inclusive property again because the drinks tasted like they were 'cutting corners' (using saccharin instead of sugar) and the food felt a bit 'mass produced' as well. Beautiful pool and clean property though.....and right on the beach."

"The proximity and views of the ocean exceeded our expectations. There are paddle boards and kayaks we used every day. The place was immaculate and the staff were excellent. We really enjoyed cooking as a family in the huge, well stocked kitchen. The only drawback was a lack of grocery stores nearby. We had to rely on cabs to get anywhere. However there is a great restaurant 2minutes away. "

"Ocean view from our balcony- lovely! The staff are kind and friendly, always laughing. The property isn’t fancy but it is clean, comfortable and has an excellent swimming pool. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back. "

"The view was good, but no microwave, toaster, potato peeler, oven dishes or oven sheets, pots that have not been destroyed, silicon spoons, washer and dryer, oven instructions, clean sheets during the month, and bath mats."
