However the room was serviced everyday and supplied with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee for the coffee pot. "

Fortunately they include coffee/tea in the elevator lobbies/main lobby. Staff is very friendly and reception won't answer direction questions when the concierge is not on duty?
