“Excellent stay with outstanding staff and facilities. The team was very friendly and attentive, and the hotel amenities were amazing (the bedroom and shower). The breakfast was especially impressive with a great variety and high quality options. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. My stay was going well until a very serious incident completely changed my experience. While I was out on a tour, someone entered my room, stole cash, and attempted to use my credit cards to make purchases totaling more than €2,500. Although I accidentally left these items in my room while rushing out that morning, this should never happen in any hotel, especially one with such highly rated reviews. What was even more disappointing……

“Great clean property in a centric place”

“The location is central just 10mins walk to the train station and metro. I got assistance and my questions answered very quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast places were nice and delicious. ”

“The property is a boutique Hotel. We stayed in a ground floor Deluxe room, that had an exterior window facing the street. It is fixed, meaning it cannot be opened and has mechanical shades that block out the street lights and the hot sun. The rooms are small (not cramped) , but well appointed and stylish. The bathrooms are modern and the showers weren’t too small. The king bed was comfy. The AC barely kept the room cool, but there was a nice ceiling fan that helped. Aton at the front desk was……
