We are really starting to appreciate Springhill Suites and their rooms. We are inclined to book future stays at Springhills throughout the country.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The hotel is only 13 miles from Galveston and literally $300 cheaper. No, it's not a resort, but the room was super clean and the staff was very professional. Texas city is growing and has everything you need close for food, etc. I couldn't find anything wrong with my room and I'm a clean freak. Everything smelt fresh and sanitized. Fred at check in service was on point and friendly. Helped with breakfast time,elevator and parking. Breakfast was hot and fresh with options to choose from. Bed was a little too hard for myself. Will be back again

I found the Texas City Best Western to be a clean and tidy property. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast most mornings during our stay. Which included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. There was a waffle making station, that the kids enjoyed. Along with choices of bread, beagles, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee juice and more. We have stayed at this Home2suites location in Texas City multiple times and cannot recommend enough. Very clean, safe and convenient for those cruising out of Galveston. Approximately 20 minute drive to the port.

We have had to stay here multiple times due to family health concerns in the area and by far the best bang for the buck. Have never had a bad experience, the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I left an item behind and they said it was not there when the room was cleaned but I know exactly where I left it and it was new and very expensive make up

Had only an overnight stay for an early appt at Shriner's the next morning. No complaints whatsoever. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a 2 double bed suite with fold out couch. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and checked with us to ask if our room was ok. The breakfast was plentiful and had a variety of choices. Great stay for families! My family loved it and we had such a great time

Stayed here one night before a cruise. Rooms were clean and beds very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! It was very clean! We had an issue with loud neighbors and it was promptly taken care of. The breakfast bar was fresh all the way up until closing.
