“As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers. The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. The ski room is practical with heated lockers, but lockers are not secured and there is no visible surveillance. The……

“Un accueil chaleureux, un personnel aux petits soins, et une rénovation des chambres — notamment des salles de bains — actuellement en cours.L’établissement offre une vue magnifique sur Bourg‑Saint‑Maurice. La soirée tapas ainsi que le petit déjeuner sont très corrects. Nous avons très bien dormi dans un lit en 180, particulièrement confortable. “We had a pleasant stay. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The pool area was a treat. It was well-kept, clean, and had a open feel with all of the windows and doors open to the sprawling yard and the mountain views. Although the parking lot seemed large enough, parking was a little chaotic. The restaurant had a good variety of choices and reasonable prices. Recommend the hotel and restaurant.”
