“Amazing experience ”

“Host was very responsive. Initially we had a billing/payment issue that I believe was due to the app. The host communicated well and was accommodating in rectifying it. The unit was clean and well maintained. Overall, LaQuinta Legacy Villas is a beautiful property. Just from walking around in the morning, it felt like a welcoming community. There are numerous super well maintained pools. The views of the nearby mountains are tremendous. ”

“Loved the peace and quiet. The room is small but efficient. Very clean! Easy checkin! Only issue was the shower, a new shower head that moves so you don’t get drenched just trying to turn on the shower would be nice! I don’t know why but the shower water was lukewarm at best, regardless of how long the water ran. No one wants a cold shower. Shower aside, loved our stay! ”

“Beautiful and spacious. Love the resort and this unit is on the best pool/courtyard in the whole property with proximity to tennis and spa. Only downside is that the timing of check in and check out is not ideal and their policy on early/late check in/out is not very guest friendly. they charge to extend on either end. ”

“We enjoyed our winter desert stay in this nice home in the Signature community. The unit is directly across the street from the community clubhouse and pool/jacuzzi for easy access. We appreciated the quiet community and enjoyed walking and biking in the neighborhood. The unit was pretty much as described in the listing and photos, however a few items needed repair. The management team was very responsive over text message and the only urgent item (refilling the propane) was done right away. The……
