“I chose the wrong check-in time and wanted to change it but no one was working”

“It’s a really beautiful property, beach and the staff were very friendly. I was surprised how hard it was to get an hour extension on my checkout, which I didn’t end up doing as the front desk person sounded so negative about it. I used to work at a prominent hotel in nyc. I think the front desk staff could have been nicer considering what we are paying to stay there. ”

We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and the short stroll— 2-3 minutes to Napili beach. The bed was a little firmer than we are accustomed to, but we still rested well.”
