Beach staff was not very friendly, did their job putting chairs out but had not so good attitudes the majority of the time (just FYI,we did tip all members graciously anyway) We also had issues with the room checking in, the rooms were miss represented on the Expedia site. We booked oceanfront and received ocean view. We were told there were no more available, so we stayed were they put us (didn't want to waste our time getting moved from room to room). The rooms were nice and kept clean, no problems with the household staff at all. We've stayed at the RUI's all over the world and usually have little issues. But this one is in need of some changes. Daytime entertainment was very lacking and nighttime was also. The moving of the bartenders was also very poor. One day a great group and then the next all different crew so no drink consistency. Overall, a good 2-week vacation just needs some tweaking.
