Nicely renovated rooms..Staff needs more professional training..lack knowledge of the day to day operations of the property.

Location: Beautifully located directly on a gorgeous beach. Room: Our room was clean; as was the whole resort, Nice touch to find a small birthday cake in our room on my husband‘s birthday. Staff: The staff were friendly and helpful. On occasion we were ignored by the bar staff. Buffet: There were always plenty of options to choose from and the food was fresh and plentiful. Some choices could be hotter. Restaurants: We only went to the Bahama Steakhouse on my husband’s birthday and were disappointed. The service felt rushed, I received the wrong entree, my husband’s steak was over cooked and the room sounded like a cafeteria…cleaning of plates, etc. Bar/Entertainment: The room was big and the acoustics were not great, but a nice option for people to gather for drinks after dinner. Pools: We were always able to get a lounge chair and the pool temperature was perfect! Activities were available throughout the day for those who wanted to participate. It was nice to be able to see the ocean from the smaller pool with bar.
