Thus was our third time visiting RIU Palace in Paradise Island. If you want a relaxing vacation, this is the perfect place for you: delicious food and drinks all day long, beautiful beach right at the hotel, staff is very friendly. Rooms are not fancy, but clean. The shower has great water pressure and shower heads. We are coming back.

Overall Baha mar is a beautiful place with beautiful pools, beach, hotel rooms. Plenty to do for kids as well as adults. What is terrible is the service. It is almost impossible to get any type of service wether it’s housekeeping, bar, dinner, or pool service. It is evident why: There is an automatic 15 percent service charge on every bill. For this reason no one at the hotel actually cares to be efficient or provide good service. People don’t smile. I sort of get it. If I was already getting my tip and the most I was going to get on top is an extra 5-10 percent, I wouldn’t have an incentive to service. You will hear the employees talking about guests etc. Overall however people will still come because the pools, waterpark, and beach are excellent. If you can get by without good service still a good place to come to.

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.
