"Room was clean. There was a smokey smell in the room, but better once we opened the windows and turned on the fan for a bit. Hallway also had an odor. Staff was very friendly."

"My family stayed there for three nights and it was great. It was very quiet and the room was clean and everything worked without issue. There was 1 king bed and 2 pull out couches so there was plenty of room for the five of us. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was ok. I found the breakfast to be bland not very good. Yogurt was out for two days, only two types of fruit apples and green bananas. Eggs were dry, chewy and flavorless. Egg sandwiches were flavorless. Only one waffle maker so there was always a line for the waffles. The pool is smaller than what it looks like in the photos. Pool towel bin was empty on two occasions that we were there. We had to go ask for towels. Coffee supplies in the room were never replenished. Even after asking at the front desk. I asked for coffee and toilet paper they didn’t bring anything until the next day later in the afternoon. They brought toilet paper but no coffee or creamer/sugar packets. I stayed for 6 days. Compared to other places I’ve stayed I would say this place is just ok. I most likely would not stay there again. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. "

"We loved the convenient onsite amenities such as the playground and kitchenettes. The pool view was spectacular and the grills were great! The hotel was nearby restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely would stay here again!"

"The perfect location for a Sedona trip. We had two children 13 and 9. Booked a rim view amd it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the cleaning service took care of kitchenette. We were able to do the airport mesa hike from our room. The balcony was picture picture and we filled in the must sees with a jeep tour. Will be back! "
