This home is located within a short distance of supermarkets, convenience stores, and dining options, offering a fantastic home base for all your adventures. Downtown Lake Placid is only four and a half miles away with even more dining options and entertainment. Other must-visit attractions include Lake June Park, H.L. Bishop Park, and Archbold Biological Station.

As you enter this sunny home away from home, the front porch greets you with two inviting chairs where you can unwind and watch people come and go. This space flows seamlessly into the living room, one of the best gathering spots this retreat has to offer. Spread out comfortably on the sofas and watch an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV with streaming services. Another great gathering place is the sunny family room off the kitchen which enjoys great views of the backyard, dock, and canal. Speaking of the kitchen, the home's galley-style kitchen is ready to help you prepare the most delicious culinary masterpieces for the group. It's complete with all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy clean ups. And if you would like to take mealtime up a notch, the back porch offers an outdoor dining area with an electric grill for year-round cookouts. Off the kitchen is a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer, so all you have to do is toss in your laundry and don't worry about it anymore. Additional perks include free high-speed WiFi and central AC.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: - The water depth on the canal behind the house ranges from 2' to 4'
- The lake itself has depths up to 40'
- The dock dimensions are approximately 10' long by 23' wide, but there is an open in the middle to house a boat
- No specific boating restrictions



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
