This 1311 square feet home with 1 bedroom with Queen bed with memory foam pillow top mattress, 1 bedroom with Queen bed with memory foam pillow top mattress and the 3rd has a queen bed. This home is perfect for those looking for a perfect weekend in Tahoe!

You are a short 20 minute drive from the Northstar Resort or the Olympic Valley Resort. Or in the summer, take a 5 minute drive down to Commons Beach with your family. There are 2 driveway parking spots.

Despite its rustic appeal, there are plenty of newly updated modern amenities, including WiFi, cable TV, laundry room and an updated kitchen! Gather around on a cold night with some hot chocolate and stay cozy around the fireplace. The cabin also boasts filtered lake views, which you can enjoy from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, or expansive deck.

This home is right off the main road. Due to the proximity of the home to main road, you will hear outside traffic noise and also driveway is located in a very sharp curve that makes it dangerous to pull out of.

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

BBQ is only available for these months - May,June-,July, August and September

Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including:
Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Two rolls of paper towels,
4 laundry pods,
4 dishwasher pods,
1 new dish sponge,
1 small liquid dish soap,
Shampoo, Conditioner,
Body Wash, Hand soap,
2 Kitchen Garbage Bags.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.
Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front deck/parking lot area, This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Misled by glamor shot of the main room yet property manager was responsive
The number of stains and overall dirtiness of the carpet was a bit repulsive. The photo is taken with flood lights all over as the place is slightly dark. I thought I would be staying at the place like the photo but in reality it was not that. I did like the updated appliances, the accommodations of the property team yet would not likely stay there again.

Nice view of the lake
It’s quite difficult to find rentals with a view of the lake so this is a good choice and there is a table out front where you can sit, eat and enjoy the scenery. Be aware that it’s on a main road but there is little to no traffic overnight so no big issue. The only downside on this occasion was that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Some aspects are a little older and more worn than the website pics which is common with a lot of properties but finding mould spots on the shower, breakfast crumbs on the table and cobwebs in the bathroom wasn’t the best experience. The property manager was advised, were easy to contact and very engaged, and said they would take action so hopefully it won’t be an issue again.

Cozy Cabin
This is a vintage cabin with some nice updates. It was very clean and well appointed. The only negative thing that pics don’t show is the worn out carpet. I know it wasn’t dirty but it was stained and could be updated. The gas fire place and big screen tv was so nice to come back to after playing all day. The beds were comfy and so were the sofas. The highway noise isn’t bad and calms down after dark. We were able to enjoy the deck and gas grill too. The manager was responsive and so professional with our questions.

Great Cabin Experience
Loved the cabin - it was perfect for my husband and I. The owner was really flexible and accommodating of our plans, which was greatly appreciated. I love this location in Tahoe - peaceful and somewhat secluded but restaurants and amenities are a short drive away.

This home was near everything we wanted to do, but far out enough that we still had some peace and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations exceeded all of our expectations. We will be returning.
