“Room was clean but very dated and worn Parking rules of no backing in are not enforced and we had a truck back in right to the edge of our room and we had to walk around to get in . Kids then sat on the tailgate and were noisy and talking right outside ou window until 10 pm, not a pleasant stay. Great location in central Invermere.”

“I booked this enroute to Radium. Showed up to find out it was a 3rd floor room with no elevator. Explained to the check in I have mobility issues and can't do stairs. After 15 min wait they put me in a "under renovation " dumpster of a room that defies description. Exposed drywall, torn off wallpaper, putty on walls. Filthy flooring, drips and stains on floors, microwave, cupboards. Couch was old fake leather so peeled it was disgusting. I refused the room and asked for a refund, they……

“This is a true gem. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The property is old, but very well maintained, cozy and extremely clean. The room had a welcome basket with sweets, crackers, a variety of teas, coffee, and even popcorn! My room didn’t have a kitchenette, but was still very well equipped with all kind of utensils. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything you could expect from a full service hotel. There were even large nice towels to bring for a visit to the hot springs. There……

“I did not love our stay here. We were going to be charged a 50.00 dog fee. I have never been charged that before. Luckily I talked them down to 30.00. Our room smelled like either cigarette smoke or pot smoke so we had to open the windows and clear that out.”

“Convenient for motorists being situated along the highway. Close to restaurants and the thermal baths. Room is clean, staff is awesome, and the price is right.”
