“Worst place I have ever been. Dirty room, including stains on walls, hair in tub and bed, build up of dust on furniture showing it is never wiped down. Filthy carpet, and black mold in bathroom. There was food left in the fridge from a previous stay. The tv with cable box did not work. Smell was bad. The only good thing was there were no visible bugs. Price was high for what you actually are staying in. Rooms are also extremely small and cramped. When we talked to the manager about the state of……

“Let’s start with the positives for the lodge. The rooms are recently renovated. The sheets are nice. The rooms seemed mostly tidy. Now for the problems. TLDR the bed and breakfast we booked were not as advertised. First, we booked a room with a queen bed which it states is present on both Expedia and Celadon’s websites. We arrived and the room had a twin. The room was so small there was less than 12 inches to navigate between the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom. The hotel insists the……

“We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. ”
