However, it's important to note that the vacant lot in front has recently been sold, and there are plans in the works for a new house to be built soon (Neighbor told me).While the apartment seems to have undergone renovations after significant damage, the fixes appeared somewhat rushed. The listing photos appeared edited, and upon arrival, I noticed that the sheets in the main bedroom were worn and pilled.……
