“I would not stay here again. Shampoo was used! Could not even have a new bottle to make it look like they tried. The room was filthy when we arrived. There were hairs throughout the room, bugs in the bed, and rat droppings on the bed. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. No guest should have to worry about sleeping in a bed that appears to have been exposed to rodents. For the amount they charge, I expected a clean, safe room, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.……
