"Claudio and Giovanna were lovely hosts. They were there to greet us and showed us around the property so we felt at home straightaway. "When we found this villa on Vrbo, it was described as an oasis at the gateway to the Amalfi Coast and on driving through the gates we found this to be totally true. "This was a great property. The swimming pool was much appreciated with some areas in the shade depending on the time of day This was appreciated as we stayed during a heatwave . There is a shop and a superb restaurant within walking distance all be it up hill on the way home The only downside was the lack of air conditioning but plenty of fans provided Also there was a view of the sea but the nearest beach was 20 minutes by car All in all I would highly recommend"

"We thought the house and grounds were lovely. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable, plenty of hot water thanks to the on demand water heaters. I really enjoyed being able to use the fireplaces! There was plenty of firewood and I think it helped with keeping the gas heating expense down. Really enjoyed the stay!"

"My family of 6 stayed for 1 week at this beautiful property. Nestled in a small hilltop village we experienced life with the local Italians. We were just steps away from a cafe and butcher. Relaxing in the garden you can hear life in the streets and children in the school next door. Michel was a great host who made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was very good for day trips to Naples, Paestum, Salerno, Amalfi Coast and Pompeii."
