“The room cleaning could be improved, as it did not meet expectations. Additionally, basic amenities such as toothbrushes were not provided, which was disappointing.”

“we chose this hotel for our honeymoon and it's a decision we definitely didn't regret. the hotel itself was immaculate, clean, had everything essential on site. it's great to have the indoor and outdoor pools available as well as the spa where you can get a massage. the sauna is very good too. Lastly, the staff was brilliant. Yuliya checked us in and she was wonderful, made us feel so welcome. but other members of the staff in the restaurant, spa and the cleaning ladies on floor 5 were all very……

“Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sauber. Das meiste Personal überwiegend freundlich. Fitnessraum sehr gut ausgestattet für ein Hotelgym. Im Buffet Restaurant/Pool war leider ein relativ starker Lärmpegel aufgrund vieler Familien mit Kleinkindern. Hätt mir etwas mehr Ruhe gewünscht.”

“Entertainment staff were great, did the yoga most mornings with Fedir. The quiz, pool aerobics and table tennis were good fun. Food selection was excellent and the rooms were large, clean and we had a sea view”

“We were a large party and had three enervated rooms. Plenty of plugs, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities ok could be improved with a better quality kettle and toaster. Maid service mostly every day, restaurant and pool cafe very good and value for money. Just off the strip and well located for everything. Would definitely go again and we will be booking again as quickly as we can get the pennies ready lol😊”

“The hotel is amazing, clean, good size, the pool was a good size. Check in was very smooth and easy. Room was spectacular and spacious, clean. There is so much cupboard space the mini fridge in the room was good. Food was amazing ”

“rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not sure about the sunbed allocation system, pro you will always get a sunbed, con those with the best sunbed locations don't always use them so left empty. lovely beach in front of hotel and close to lots of restaurants and bars which offer variety and good value”

“There waa no remote to control the air con unit or the tv The room smelt of cigarettes. When you don't smoke it isn't a nice smell. The room was clean and we had clean towls, We didn't use the kitchen area. The rooms are a really nice size. Just needs updating. Better locks on the doors, Also there is no bottled water in the room. When it states a boftle of water on arrival. ”

“A relaxed atmosphere with decent facilities, but it does feel a bit dated in places as the rooms and décor could use modernisation, especially compared to newer hotels in the area. The hotel is also not directly on the beach, so you’ll need to walk a short distance to reach the sea. The pool area is pleasant, the staff are helpful, and it is good value for money. My main concern was the Karaoke every night till 11pm from the adjoining hotel which, had they been professional singers would have……

“Booked last minute - best pool in the area but sun beds were limited. Some were damaged, not fit for purpose. Some umbrellas were broken. Pool bar was open if you could catch him.... Nice on arrival that you are taken to your room but dont expect anything else. Had ground floor room which was clean. Beds were made but no sign of mopping until day before Wall next to sink had not been cleaned before i stayed & was not done in time i was there. No plugs in sink or bath. Original bath had been……
