Walls are very thin, so noise was an issue. They also closed the patio for cleaning from Saturday afternoon until we left early Monday morning. I was able to squeeze the last drop out of the bath wash container but my daughter had to use shampoo since the office was closed at the time. Location was good and staff very nice. Beds are very comfortable and everything was clean.

The wonderful valet parking service and modern stylish stunning architecture immediately impressed us when we drove in the hotel lobby! The online check in was easy and just walked to the reception collected the key with champagne as refreshments. Being Expedia Platinum member and this hotel is under VIP access, we got a surprise upgrade to ocean view with balcony! Each room comes with exclusive bottle waters, wine, sodas, popcorn, salt water taffy, coffee and tea complimentary. The pool is heated overlooking the ocean with lounge chairs is a great place to chill and relax. We love the in room breakfast service and everything about this hotel! A great birthday weekend! Hope they have the loyalty program soon! We will definitely come again as this is our 2nd time visiting.
