Below is a summary of what occurred: Uninhabitable Room Condition: The bathtub drain in room 111 was completely clogged. After attempting to clear it using the in-room plunger for over an hour, the situation worsened. The bathroom floor was flooded with standing water, and black, foul-smelling sewage containing hair and toilet paper……

“There was no hot water and when letting management know they told us we could use the showers that campers use! That was terrible! I paid to have a shower in my room not a camper shower! They should refund me or give me another stay! Something to make up for that.”
