“The pool and serving staff in the restaurant and coffee bar were friendly and did a good job. Our room wasn’t cleaned 4 of the 5 days we stayed at the resort. Towels were replaced everyday and trash was emptied. Staff at front desk could have been friendlier and asked how things were going. We liked the quiet location and ate frequently at Gators, next door. Probably would not stay here again.”

“The property is very run down and the rooms are poorly maintained. We started off in the vila building, which is nowhere near the resort and 4 pools. It was very outdated and our room was very dirty. We moved to a lanai room after our first night. More updated, but not very clean still. Beds are uncomfortable, linens are thin. The positive is that the pool areas are well maintained and you can bring your own food and drink in. The pools were not the cleanest. Pretty views. Sammy @ the tiki……

“The place is for sale, with a huge sign out front in the poorly maintained driveway. Once you get into the building, you notice right away it needs a lot of TLC. Entering the room, it smells musty and hasn’t been updated since the early 00’s. The bedding was stained and the floors weren’t vacuumed. Once I took a shower, I found puke dried on the trash can by the toilet and used wash clothes hanging on top of the shower Rod. The drain systems were awful, I have pictures of the tub filling up just……
