Very comfortable, nicely appointed room with a balcony overlooking the forest. The only negative was that the air conditioner made strange noises at night.

This hotel makes us feel so comfortable we slept all night. There is a warmth in the room and I will be returning every time I need to go visit my LU student

At check-in the room was not cleaned from the last guests, they had to change our room. The bar and restaurant closed way early so we had no food or drinks. On day 2 we planned to spend the morning in the pool. At 10 am I asked the desk for towels for the pool and she gave them to me. We got in then they told us hey the pool is closed for cleaning. Instead of cleaning the pool before open time at 10 am or maybe even overnight they had it closed all morning. It was a really nice place but the staff really needs better training and communication skills. Breakfast was excellent, bed was comfy, shower was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel
