"When we first arrived, the desk receptionist was not very Ord to say the least and we were off to a rough start when the room key would not work several times and we had to hike up the stairs because the elevator was out of order. There was some confusion about the dinner menu so we skipped dinner in the restaurant but in the morning we had an amazing breakfast buffet laid out which was one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen. After reading the reports of the restaurant I had my doubts but we were totally shocked at the ample and delicious breakfast buffet. We reported our concerns to the manager who was very responsive and helped us sort out the problems. It’s a lovely setting the room was great. We had a comfortable stay. It was not too hot. It was just perfect and most ways. A good value and especially that breakfast I can’t say enough."

"rooms were not cleaned even after i complain to the staff at reception who said that they would get the rooms cleaned that was on friday 20/02/2026 then on the saturday 21/02/2026 we got back from working at race/retro show to find that the rooms still had not been clean i asked staff again and they said that when we get back from going out that the rooms will be clean we got back and the rooms hod been cleaned and the bed sheet had been changed but in one of the rooms the piilow cases was stain with blood on sunday morning when leaveing i complained to the staff name wad abdul and he said that he would get someone to call me still no contact till now 05/03/2026 i also contacted head office and got told that someone will contact me and was given a reference number from holiday inn head office which was 10587497803 which i find totaly disgusting "

"What a great retreat in the English countryside. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Perfect place for a nice getaway. We were also excited to use the Golf Simulator nearby. Our only regret is having to check out. See you next time !"

"Looking at the amount of 10/10 reviews on here I can only guess that most of them aren’t genuine. Rooms are acceptable but not great. Carpet and furnishings are well worn. The bed was two singles pushed together with a double sheet over the top. Very uncomfortable. Room was very noisy from the road outside. Tea, coffee and two bottles of water supplied in the room which is good. Breakfast was nice. I stayed in room 3. I would suggest asking for a room furthest from the road. "

"A really good base to explore Leamington and catch up with family nearby. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early; breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order; beds comfy; parking an absolute bonus (but car park fills up quickly). No restaurant but thete are so many within easy walking distance, tjis wasn't a problem at all. The bar looked good but we didn't try it. We will stay here again. Thank you."

"Nice enough . Bar seems a bit pricey. Service can be slow , car park is tight. Good for a night stay . Town is close by with a decent mix of bars and restaraunts"
