“This location was unusually nice. Yes, the rooms are above a pub, but it was very quiet, at least while we were there. The staff were very nice and helpful. The parking is a bit of a walk, down the street at the local race track, which has a very secure locked gate to their lot. It was included in the price and wasn't an issue for us. The breakfast was extra special. A wide variety of items to choose from. I would return just to sit and have breakfast again. Extremely pleasantly surprised by……

“We had a love 2 night stay in The Old Coffee Tavern. The staff are all very friendly and helpful The bed was very comfortable and a good size, we both slept really well Good generous tea, coffee and milk. Normally you just get enough for 2 teas or coffees each but we had about twice this which was really good. The bar has a good atmosphere with good selection of food and drink. It does need a general overhaul with the skirting coming away in some areas and a general redecoration”

“Close proximity to tourist spots. Very close to train station just a 5 minutes walk. Room is tidy in general. A very good boutique hotel and a good choice of hotel for first time visit to Warwick.”

“For the £ very pleased, it’s a beautiful old building but with that high maintenance, and building looks tired in places. But clean, staff friendly, free accessible parking was kindly given an upgrade as booked wrong room, very quiet. I would use again as a quick overnight stay around work.”

“No air conditioner, a bit noise, and not close to city center. But environment is good, room is over all not bad.”

“Food was very good, reception very helpful, room very quirky. I had to book a family room as last one left - was the only room on the top floor built into the eaves. Two double bedrooms, very spacious and nice and quiet. Be aware that the rooms are in an apartment style building (bit like Butlins) across the car park. There is no lift - I was on the 2nd floor and struggled a bit with my suitcase as I have a bad hip (age!). I would also recommend to the hotel that they put some grab bars in……

“Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again ”

“Close to where we needed to be,comply bed. Parking is chargeable £8.20-24hrs Says restaurant,but no breakfast served. Loud music going on 1.30am Our door was broken,was told at check in,we was given impression someone was coming to look,no one did. Could not turn the water down to the shower,far too hot,so gave it a miss. Bathroom door did not shut,debris from that door in the bathroom.”
