“There was a dead mouse outside my room, there was an ashtray outside my door and I could smell it inside the room and it was full of cigarette butts, the mini fridge was thawing on the floor and had a puddle of water that I put a bathroom towel on, the television wasn’t setup to be watched and took me a while to figure out, So these things weren’t ideal and felt unprofessional, but it had towels, a mini fridge, an exterminator probably killed the mouse and a working TV so I guess it depends on……

“Very safe and convenient stay for Hershey Park. Sometimes staff weren’t available at specific times, but they had a number I could call to get checked in. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!”
