“I had reserved and paid for a room with a king size bed and they gave me two full size beds. I was very disappointed and went to the office. I stated the problem and showed my reservation. The lady kept saying no and couldn’t explain. A man came out yelling with no explanation. The lady said they were booked full that night and couldn’t give us another room. They were able half full that night. The problem was never fixed. There was also a lot of bugs also.”

“The hotel is great for a short stay. Rooms are clean and they do have fridges and microwave. A little outdated needs some work. Breakfast was just ok.”

“There was a dead mouse outside my room, there was an ashtray outside my door and I could smell it inside the room and it was full of cigarette butts, the mini fridge was thawing on the floor and had a puddle of water that I put a bathroom towel on, the television wasn’t setup to be watched and took me a while to figure out, So these things weren’t ideal and felt unprofessional, but it had towels, a mini fridge, an exterminator probably killed the mouse and a working TV so I guess it depends on……

“I booked a room at the Simmons Motel as I was attending a concert at nearby Hershey Park Stadium. I chose it primarily because it was within walking distance of the venue as well as many restaurants and shops. The facility was very nice, clean and comfortable, ideal for my one night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I asked about the route to walk to the stadium. I brought my mapping app to the front desk and we previewed the walk together so I would know exactly where to……
